How to create shipment via FedEx


Purpose/Goal

To provide clear, step-by-step instructions for individuals or teams to efficiently create and manage shipments using FedEx services. Overview of Steps



Step 1 - Log in to Fedex

    

Step 2 - Provide Ship from details

    

Step 3 - Provide deliver to Details

    

Step 4 - Enter Service Details

    

Step 5 - Enter Service Options

    

Step 6 - Schedule Pickup/dropoff

    

Step 7 - Enter Billing Details

    


Step 1 - Log in to Fedex



Login credentials can be requested from Dat Le. He shared it via lastpass.

  1. Log in to https://www.fedex.com/secure-login/en-us/#/ by entering the login name and password.

  2. Go to Create Shipment.


Step 2 - Provide Ship from details



  1. Provide the contact name, phone number and email of the contact where the shipment is coming from..

  2. Enter the Country, Address Line 1, Zip code, State or province, and City where the shipment is coming from.

  3. Click on the tick box This is residential address if the address is residential.

  4. Click on Next.
     


Step 3 - Provide deliver to details



  1. Enter the Contact Name, Phone number, and email of the contact who will receive the shipment.
