Order Manual Fulfillment, Replacement and Free bottle


Purpose/Goal

To help maintain a positive brand image, encourage customer trust, and promote repeat business in the future. We send a product for the following reasons item is received damaged, lost, and when customers claim for free product.

Overview of Steps



  1. Click create MCF order

  2. Check marketplace

  3. Fill out all the needed information

  4. Click place order

  5. Copy the consumer order ID and expected delivery date

  6. Paste in where it should be ex. For free bottle paste consumer order ID in the backend fulfillment spreadsheet. For replacement, include the consumer and delivery date it in your email notification to the customer.





Quality Control



  • After clicking the place order button. The next screen will show you the consumer order ID, and expected delivery date. Copy this information and send it to the customer. Consumer order ID is included in the email so that it will be easier for us to check fulfillment status especially if customers send a follow-up email about the delivery of the product.

  • For free bottle fulfillment, ensure that you copy the consumer ID and add it as a note to the specific row in the backend fulfillment sheet.
