How to Remove Bad Seller Feedback


Bad seller feedback alert is received via email. When a customer gives 1-3 rating on the product they ordered, Bioniva is alerted. This bad feedback should be removed right away. The business owner has access to add email addresses to receive alerts from Amazon.


Step by step process:


  1. Open the bad seller feedback alert via email.

  2. See the marketplace where the feedback is from.

  1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central.

  2. Choose the marketplace based on the feedback alert.

  3. Key in the word feedback on the search field and enter.

  4. Scroll down and look for Feedback under Tools.

  5. Click on the Feedback hyperlink.

  6. Choose Request removal from the drop down list of Actions. Ensure the rating is not striked out yet and that the feedback has rating of 1-3. Do not remove feedback that has rating of 4-5.

  1. Click on the Yes button below the message:

  1. If the below message appears, click on View Case hyperlink at the end.

  1. Click on the Get Help button.

  1. Click on I need more help with this issue.

  1. Write an email similar to the one above. Change the reason for the removal request based on the feedback. It can be any among the following:

  1. Click on Send and reopen case ID ###.
