How to Update Stock Availability on Bioniva's Website


Purpose/Goal

To create a clear, consistent, and repeatable process for managing product inventory on the website. This will ensure that when products are available in WAPI, the website accurately reflects their availability and does not show them as sold out.

  • WAPI

Step by Step



  1. Log in to Shopify

  2. Go to Products 

  3. Click on the product name that needs to be updated (hyperlink).

  4. To easily find a product, use the search field and key in the product name.

  1. Go to Quantity section and click on the available quantity across Ste 1-3 Hop Exchange.

  2. Log in to WAPI and go to Products Stock under products. 

  3. Match the number in Shopify with the number in WAPI
        

  4. Click on Save. The stock status on the website should not be showing sold out anymore.



Quality Control



  • When stock in WAPI is almost out of stock, keep monitoring Shopify and Amazon so the website reflects the correct stock availability.
