How to request lab service with Eurofins


Purpose/Goal

To comply with all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and Amazon policies applicable to products and product listings.

Step 1 - From the menu, select the Performance tab, and choose Account Health.






Step 2 - Click on the “Manage your compliance” and select the “Add or Appeal Compliance” tab for the corresponding product that requires compliance documents.







Step 3 - Select “Add or appeal compliance” corresponding the product requiring the lab testing





Step 4 - Select “Request Lab service”






Step 5 - For the Factory Location, choose from the dropdown menu, and the Lab “Eurofins” then click on “Submit request” Once requested, you will then see the TRF#










Step 6 - Go to your email and look out for the welcome email




Step 7 - Follow step 1 indicated in the email




Step 8 - You will receive an email from the Lab representative notifying you of the quotation that was sent separately via DocuSign









Step 9 - After a few days of signing and paying the invoice, you will receive an email asking you to send in your samples, be sure to read the instructions and send the required number of samples to the lab.

















Step 10 - Meanwhile, you will also receive a separate email after a couple of days to set up your EOL account where you can view your testing requests and monitor the status of each product testing



Step 11 - In approximately 3 business days, you'll receive confirmation that the lab has received your sample. In a separate email, you’ll also receive your logins to the EOL portal.
























Step 12 - Login to EOL



Step 13 - Monitor your testing request







Quality Control



  • You may go to the Manage Your Compliance (MYC) dashboard and cross-check. Or via the EOL account and email used to contact the lab.
