How to create a percent-off promotion

Purpose/Goal

Promotions can help your products stand out from the competition and stimulate sales. However, promotions are most effective when your offer is the Featured Offer (formerly known as "Buy Box"). Otherwise, the promotional messaging cannot appear on the detail page.

Step 1 - Click the menu icon in the top-left corner of SC

Step 2 - Hover over the “Advertising” section and select “Promotions” 

Step 3 - Click the “Create” button within the “Percent-Off” section

Step 4 - Modify and create the conditions of your promotion

Step 5 - Scheduling: Choose when your percentage-off promotion will start and end

Step 6 - Add a description or Promotion Title (note that this is hidden from customers)

Step 7 - Additional Options (where you can add a claim code or select single-use or group promotion)

• Go to the promotions tracker and cross-verify if the promotion details match the info on the tracker.

• You may also go to the “Manage Promotions” section to view the created promotions.
