Extending TikTok Order Fulfillment
Purpose/Goal
To avoid automatic cancellation, we're extending the processing time for customer orders.
Processing time is the time sellers need to prepare packages and complete the handover process to carriers.

Step 1 - See alerts
Step 2 - Select “email customer” from the dropdown menu on the shipping overdue page
Step 3 - Send your email
On your seller center homepage, you will see an overview of the key daily tasks for your shop like the picture below. Click on “urgent” order alerts
On the "Manage Orders" page, find and select "Shipping Overdue" orders that require an extension.
When an order's processing time is overdue, a "Send email" option will appear in the dropdown menu.Action Item
Click “Send email”
Choose a new processing time, preferably 5 business days. The rest of the email will be filled in automatically.
Scroll down to see the pre-populated template
Hit “send”
