Do these contain alcohol?

It is 100% safe for all skin types as it does NOT contain alcohol, parabens or dyes. It will NOT irritate your skin or clog pores.

Are the sources of the ingredients synthetic or plant based? Is this product suitable for vegans?

Our ingredients are not vegan-friendly.

How often should these be used?

LA PURE's 24k gold eye mask can be used as often as you wish. We recommend using it at least three times a week, however, most of our customers use it every day for best results. It depends on the type of skin you have, people with dry skin will need it more often than people with normal skin.

Can you put them on a child? For spa night?

It is fine to use masks with children (10+) and we recommend moderate and careful usage, due to the sensitivity of a child's skin. Please do a patch test first to make sure that there won't be any reaction when used on face.

Is it normal for the product to burn once putting it on?

Our product is dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic but we cannot remove the fact that it can still cause reaction to people with hypersensitive skin. Although this is not normal, we always encourage our customers to always do a sensitivity test before using the product.

Are you suppose to refrigerate all of them?

We do not recommend storing our eye masks in the fridge as this might cause unforeseen chemical reactions on the formula that might trigger skin breakout. We suggest placing your eye masks in the fridge 30 minutes before use for a cooling sensation.

How long does it take to work?

Generally speaking, the effectiveness of the product depends on each person since we are all made different from one another. Others may see the effect in less than a week, others can take months depending on lifestyle, diet, skin-type, etc.
