We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee valid for 90 days after purchase. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with it, they can contact us for a full refund.


We don’t require the return of opened products for first purchases. Afterwards, only unopened products can be returned for a full refund.


To prevent fraud, at our discretion we may request that any product(s) be sent back to us and proof of issues provided - especially for multi-product refund requests. Refunds will be issued as a gift card at our discretion.


Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
