Check delivery status for Shopify orders
Purpose/Goal
There are times when the shipping update is delayed. And some customers will e-mail us asking about the whereabouts of the package. This SOP will show how to get the latest update and tracking number of the package.
Resources Needed
Seller Central
Shopify Order ID
Knowledge Base
Attach Loom Video of SOP Being Done
Step 1 - Get the Shopify order ID and paste in Seller central “manage order”
Step 2 - Paste it in this format Shopify #1234. Then click “search”
Step 3 - You may check on the shipping event details or click the tracking number, and you may also forward it to the customer.
NOTE:
If the order was delivered late, on the same page, you can find “need help” and click it to open a case and follow up on the delivery of the product.
